NCP Constructions is a family-owned and operated renovation and building company specialising in high-quality residential renovations, extensions and custom home improvements. With more than 30 years of industry experience, we bring together skilled craftsmanship, practical project management and a genuine commitment to creating homes that are functional, beautifully finished and built to last.

Led by managing directors Nathan and Cecilia Perkins, NCP Constructions is built on trust, clear communication and a shared passion for transforming homes. Having renovated their own family homes together, Nathan and Cecilia understand the importance of thoughtful planning, quality workmanship and creating spaces that truly support the way people live.

From initial ideas through to completion, NCP Constructions is known for delivering reliable, well-managed renovation projects to specification, on time and on budget.

Nathan

With over 30 years of experience in the building industry, Nathan brings a high level of technical knowledge, craftsmanship and hands-on expertise to every project. He began his career in England, where he gained experience across a diverse range of residential and commercial projects, from detailed renovations to apartment developments.
 
Nathan holds qualifications in carpentry and joinery through the City & Guilds of London Institute. After relocating to Sydney in 2009 with his wife and daughter, he completed a Certificate IV in Building and Construction and obtained his builders licence in 2013. Known for his attention to detail, practical problem-solving and commitment to quality, Nathan takes pride in delivering each project to a high standard while building trusted relationships with new and long-standing clients.

Cecilia

As Co-Director of NCP Constructions alongside her husband Nathan, Cecilia plays an integral role in the day-to-day operation of the business. She oversees the administration side of the company, ensuring processes are organised, efficient and professionally managed.
 
Drawing on her extensive HR experience, Cecilia manages recruitment and payroll while supporting the accounts function. Her strong time management, attention to detail and organised approach are key to keeping NCP Constructions running smoothly behind the scenes.
